Marilyn

Chair
Marilyn has served on the Board since 2010 and became Chair in 2014. She is widely known throughout Oxford County for her dedication to helping others! She is also Operation Sharing’s #1 volunteer, overseeing The Sharing Table, preparing homemade meals three times a week, and always going above and beyond to support the community.

Marilyn also runs the Coats for Kids program and plays a major role in The Christmas Place, helping ensure families have what they need during the holiday season.

Scott.jpg

Scott

Vice Chair
Scott has lived in Oxford County since 2018 and was first introduced to Operation Sharing when he started the Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser here in 2020. Scott has a strong call to volunteerism and loves to get his hands dirty and support people in all walks of life by meeting them where they are. Scott's been proud to serve on the Board of Directors since 2022 and he strongly believes in fighting stigma and the judgements we can sometimes pass on others.

Dave.jpg

Dave

Treasurer
Dave is a lifelong resident of Oxford and currently resides in Woodstock with his wife and kids. After a house fire at their home, Dave saw how easy it could be to fall into the system without the right support.  As a small business owner in Oxford County, he has a strong sense of community that pushed him to find somewhere to offer support to those in need.  As a Director of Operation Sharing since 2023, he has brought a pragmatic and fiscally responsible approach to the board, where he now serves as Treasurer.

Danna.jpg

Danna

Secretary
Danna is a pediatric nurse by trade and a lifelong resident of Oxford County. Her family currently resides in Woodstock and with all the negative around us these days she wanted to make a positive contribution to my community. Mister Roger’s mother told him as a young boy when surrounded by negative news “Look for the helpers, you will always find people who are helping.” She wants to be that person for those who need help.
