Tim Dukes
Executive Director
Tim serves as the Executive Director, where he leads a dedicated team, committed to providing compassionate care, housing support, and pathways to stability for individuals and families experiencing mental health, addiction, poverty, food insecurity or homelessness. Tim is focused on building programs that restore dignity, promote equity, and create long term solutions. Under Tim’s leadership, Operation Sharing has expanded critical services and built vital relationships with community partners, volunteers and donors to increase Operation Sharing’s impact across the community

Systems Navigator
Lisa is the Day Space lead. Lisa encourages compassion and respect, creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits the shelter. Her strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships help strengthen support for guests to assist with navigating systems and provide support aligning with their specific needs

Shelter & Peer Support
Stephanie is a Support Worker with a diploma and a passion for helping others. At Operation Sharing, she coordinates the morning breakfast program and provides afternoon support and peer services, using her training and lived experience to empower community members with compassion, hope, and dignity.

Angela brings many years of humanitarian volunteer work in Africa to her role as supervisor at The INN. Her drive is compassion, empathy and positivity towards those who face hardship and challenges. Angela's goal is to raise people up when they are most in need and her top priority is ensuring our guests feel cared for, listened to and most importantly start their day with a smile and kindness..

Inder is the Head of Security at Operation Sharing. He takes pride in helping create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone who comes through the doors.
Bonnie
Food for Friends Coordinator
Bonnie has been a valued member of the Operation Sharing team since 2018 and serves as the Food for Friends Coordinator. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Food for Friends program, ensuring food and clothing supports are organized, accessible, and provided with care. Bonnie also leads our food drives in partnership with local grocery stores, helping to keep shelves stocked and the community engaged. Her dedication and behind-the-scenes work play a vital role in supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity.
